1. Return Window
You have 24 Hours from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- In its original packaging with all product tags still attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items bought during a clearance sale or final markdown.
- Custom-altered outfits.
- If Purchased out of India.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support.bhavyacollection@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6355624260 with your order number and a photo of the item.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 10 – 15 business days.
- Refund in amount will not be given a credit note will be issued of that amount to be very clear.
