- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Within Gujarat: Usually delivered within 3 – 4 business days.
- Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5 – 7 business days.
- Out of India: Usually takes 10 – 15 business days.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak festive seasons or unexpected courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping across all over India.
- International Shipping: A flat shipping fee of ₹3000 or above applies to orders depending on the country policies and weight of the order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS containing a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey in real time. Also you track through our website.
5. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package rthat is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the delivery partner. Take a photo and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
